Thank you for using Tvtjek. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of our application, available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Tvtjek is designed to be used without creating an account, and we do not collect or store any personal information on our servers.

Tvtjek does not require you to create a user account. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or other contact information
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, or other device content
• Any personal or sensitive user data on our servers

Tvtjek saves certain app settings — such as your preferences and configuration choices — directly on your device using local storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data through your device settings

Tvtjek displays banner advertisements served by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), a service provided by Google LLC. As part of serving ads, Google may collect and use certain data from your device. This may include:

• Advertising ID (a resettable, device-based identifier)
• IP address
• Device information (e.g. device type, operating system)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address)
• In-app interaction data for ad measurement and fraud prevention

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Google uses this information to deliver relevant advertisements and to measure ad performance.

Tvtjek is a general audience app and may be used by people of all ages, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

However, please be aware that Google Mobile Ads may collect device identifiers and other data as described in Section 4. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about advertising in the app, we recommend reviewing Google's family and children's advertising policies:

You can reset or limit the advertising ID on your child's device at any time through the device's privacy settings. On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Other than Google Mobile Ads (described in Section 4), Tvtjek does not integrate with any third-party analytics, tracking, or data collection services.

The app displays news and information content. Any links to external websites are provided for your convenience only. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.

Since Tvtjek does not collect or store personal data on our servers, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal information from our side is minimal. Your locally stored settings are protected by your device's built-in security features.

You have the following options with respect to data related to your use of Tvtjek:

• Delete local data: Uninstall the app or clear app data in your device settings.
• Opt out of personalized ads (Android): Settings → Privacy → Ads → enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
• Opt out of personalized ads (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable tracking for Tvtjek.
• Reset your Advertising ID: You can reset your device's Advertising ID at any time in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Tvtjek after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
